Tailored Parking Services (TPS) was conceived in 1999 to provide the increasing number of passengers passing through London Gatwick Airport with an alternative to the existing car park services which were in some instances failing to provide the level of service their customers should reasonably expect.

Determined in our objective to be able to tailor a service to satisfy each and every customer far beyond their expectation we implemented a programme of continuous improvement driven largely by customer feedback. We are now being constantly assured by customers that our valet parking service is second to none. We have achieved our objective of providing an efficient, cost effective solution to passengers parking at Gatwick Airport.

The service has been enhanced with the introduction of a range of peripheral services to complement the core valet parking service. These include:

• Service While You Fly
• Vehicle Valeting
• Return Shopping

In order to maintain the highest levels of quality these additional services have been kept in-house. "service while you fly" is outsourced to the relevant main dealership.

TPS is enjoying success, the only true measurement of which is: Do our customers come back after their first experience? We find that they do again and again.
