What does valet parking mean?
Valet parking
or meet & greet as it is sometimes called means that your driver or
valet will park your car for you and on your return will bring your car
back to you.
How will I know it is your driver taking my car?
The driver who meets you on your departure will identify himself by matching
the details you submitted when you booked. The driver will also provide
the reference number that you were allocated when your booking was confirmed.
How far is your car park from the airport?
TPS is based just 3 miles from the South Terminal and 4.5 miles from the
North Terminal.
Is your driver insured to drive my car?
TPS drivers are fully insured for their road risk whilst moving a customer's
vehicle between the airport and the car park.
How far in advance of my travel date should I book
this service?
We accept bookings upto the same day of travel. However,
the service is subject to availability. In order to avoid disappointment
you should book as far in advance of your journey as possible, particularly
if you would like us to arrange any additional services.
Can you arrange for my car to be serviced/repaired/Mot'd
while it is in your care?
Yes but your car will need to be with
us long enough for the work to be assessed, approved by you and then completed.
Please be sure to give us some advance notice.
Do you offer a return shopping service?
Yes, we can purchase for you up to ten items with no commission. So, for
example, we can have a pint of milk and a loaf of bread waiting for you
on your return. The bill for these items must be settled in cash on your
return.
Do you offer a cleaning service?
Yes, as

How long will I have to wait for my car when I
return to Gatwick?
You will be asked to call us when have collected
your luggage. A driver will be sent immediately. All things being equal,
the driver should appear with your car as you walk onto the arrivals level.
